Free inspection – new test customers for car repair shops wanted

Dekra Automobil GmbH is looking for test customers for workshop tests. On behalf of vehicle manufacturers or car dealerships, the expert organization regularly checks the quality standards of workshops.

The customer essentially wants the same thing from their repair shop as the car manufacturer wants from their authorized dealership: first-class service and the best quality.

To ensure this, many manufacturers – but increasingly also car dealerships themselves – commission Dekra experts to carry out workshop tests.

For this purpose, a few small changes are made to the respective customer vehicles, which should be remedied as part of the due inspection.

After the test, the car is checked again by Dekra and, if necessary, the changes are reversed. For his time spent on the Automobile The test customer usually receives a large part of the inspection costs reimbursed.

Before the next workshop test in the respective region, the German testing company contacts the owners of the relevant vehicles, who then make the final decision as to whether they wish to participate.

Currently, for example, vehicles from the VW Commercial Vehicles brand (Caddy, T5, T6, Amarok and Crafter), but also all models from the Volkswagen Passenger Cars, Skoda, Seat and Cupra brands are being sought for workshop tests.
