FCA Germany AG in Frankfurt am Main has filled two new directorates. Johannes Alings (40) the position of Director Network Development and Davide Ivac (46) will become the new director of Mopar Service, Parts & Customer Care.
In addition, Annika Löwe (41) as Manager After Sales Field Force within the Mopar management and Joachim Burkhardt (43) as Manager Marketing Fiat Professional new areas of responsibility.
Johannes Alings reports in his new role to Maria Grazia Davino, CEO of FCA Germany AG. "The appointment of Johannes Alings as Director of Network Development is the starting signal for closer cooperation between the Sales and Aftersales departments and represents Johannes Alings' first career step into the Passenger Cars and Light Commercial Vehicles divisions," says Maria Grazia Davino.
"His primary personal goal is to develop a trusting collaboration with FCA trading partners in the areas of vehicle sales and aftersales." Johannes Alings has been working in the aftersales organization at FCA Germany AG since 2009 and has held the position of Director Mopar Service, Parts & Customer Care since February 2016.
Davide Ivac At the same time, he succeeds Johannes Alings as Director of Mopar Service, Parts & Customer Care. "Davide Ivac has earned a high level of reputation over the past three years in his role as Manager After Sales Field Force through his industry knowledge and proven professionalism," says Davino.
And he continued: "This appointment is also part of the strategy of closer integration of sales and aftersales. Both we as importers and our trading partners will benefit equally from this."
Annika Löwe has been working in the FCA organization since 2015. Until 2017, she worked as Marketing Manager in the Fiat and Abarth department in Germany, before moving to FCA Italy SpA and working as Fleet Marketing Manager for the Fiat Professional and Fiat brands at the Turin headquarters.

FCA reappoints directorates
After returning to FCA Germany AG, she took on the role of Marketing Manager in the Fiat Professional department. In her new role as Manager After Sales Field Force at Mopar, Annika Löwe will now report to Davide Ivac.
“Annika Löwe can draw on many years of experience in the automotive sector and has the best qualifications for her new role,” say Davide Ivac and Maria Grazia Davino, explaining their choice of Annika Löwe.
For Joachim Burkhardt The appointment as Manager Marketing Fiat Professional is also the next logical career step. Since starting as Product Manager Jeep in August 2011, Joachim Burkhardt has been able to gain a wealth of experience within the German sales organization.
He also has in-depth knowledge of the entire German automotive market, as he has closely monitored the transformation of the automotive sector over the past three years as Market Intelligence Manager, enabling him to support the top management of the German and international FCA organizations.
"His exceptional knowledge of the market is particularly beneficial for the complex product and communication business of light commercial vehicles. Joachim Burkhardt is a very important building block within the FCA organization," says Maria Grazia Davino. He will now report to Luigi Saia, Brand Country Manager of Fiat Professional in Germany.
FCA Germany AG will continue to strategically develop the company in the coming months and will continue to offer internal talent the opportunity to grow within the company.
