FCA: The Wehner Group is going full throttle

The Wehner Group, the official trading partner of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) since 2019, is now selling vehicles of the Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Jeep and Fiat Professional brands at its new location in Buchholz in der Nordheide.

The new building was recently officially opened. "We want to appeal to customers in the southern part of Hamburg at this location and see great potential in the diverse product range of the FCA brands," says Managing Director Claas Wehner, explaining the group's plans.

“The collaboration with the Wehner family is an initiative full of conviction between two partners who want to be successful, trust each other, face the changes in the market and want to take advantage of the opportunities that arise,” says Maria Grazia Davino, CEO of FCA Germany AG in Frankfurt.

She continues: “A family business with a long tradition, solid prospects and large dimensions in an area with great potential has all the prerequisites for a success story.”

"In Hamburg, merchants conclude contracts with a handshake and each contractual partner adheres to the agreements," says Claas Wehner, describing a typical business deal in the region, although the handshake has a more metaphorical meaning in times of Covid-19. "And both sides have adhered to all agreements at all times."

The new building is designed in keeping with the FCA corporate identity and will house not only the sale of vehicles but also comprehensive workshop services. A total of 15 employees will now be looking after the needs of customers in Buchholz.

The Claas Wehner car dealership was founded in 1973. The group of companies, now run by the second generation, currently sells vehicles in a total of six branches in the Hamburg area.
