Read: I'm afraid

Read: I'm afraid

Everyone is afraid sometimes. At some point. Perhaps more often recently. That doesn't have to be a bad thing, because fear can also protect us from danger.

But sometimes, maybe even often, it takes power over us, and that is not good for us. Then we feel helpless and don't know what to do.

Jasper Vogt knows this. He had conversations with psychologist and therapist Edna Westmeier in a relaxed atmosphere and recorded them.

He wasn't afraid of questions, they could be very simple, and he received interesting and very detailed, helpful answers. Now he has a different way of dealing with his fears.

He has learned from experience that if you understand connections, things are easier and you feel better.

There are already many publications on the subject of “fear” and this book also describes connections that are mostly not entirely new.

But fear is a difficult and unpleasant topic, so this book aims to make it a little easier for the interested reader to get involved with it.
