However, since it's an electric car, the task is easier to accomplish with an electric motor than with a combustion engine, due to the design characteristics of that motor.

It will be much more difficult to reach a top speed of 400 km/h. But if Tesla succeeds, the new Roadster will not only be the fastest electric car, but in principle one of the fastest cars in the world. The interior and exterior of the car are simply breathtaking, every detail is worked out down to the smallest detail and the electronics in the car perfectly control every detail of the movement.
