The “Terra Madre Salone del Gusto” is an international gastronomy exhibition that takes place every two years in Turin (Italy) and brings together food producers and artisans from all over the world.
The constantly growing program will now be enriched by one hundred (!) additional events, as has just been announced.
These include taste experiences, taste tours, cooking classes, community meals and new exhibition areas.
The focus, however, will be on the major conferences scheduled to take place from 22 to 26 September 2022 in the Sala Kyoto in the Environment Park and in the Parco Dora in Turin.

In addition, there are new types of food talks to examine the relationship between our food and our health from different perspectives.
Those interested can find the entire program of the “Terra Madre Salone del Gusto” online and currently at 2022.terramadresalonedelgusto.com/en.
The event is organized by Slow Food, the Piedmont Region and the City of Turin.
